1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LiteAI.me ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform.

2. Description of Service

LiteAI.me is a web-based development environment and cross-platform application builder that enables users to write, generate, and preview HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PyScript code, publish web apps to sublite.app, and compile projects into Android (.apk / .aab) and Windows Desktop (.exe) packages.

3. Prepaid Build Packs & Billing

• One-Time Purchases: Paid tiers (Micro Starter, Student Starter, Starter Pack, Pro Growth, and Scale Team) are sold as one-time, non-recurring prepaid build credit packs.
• Credit Validity: All purchased build credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Consumption: One build credit is deducted each time a compilation workflow is successfully triggered for an Android or Windows package.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with LiteAI.me. If you purchase a prepaid build pack and have not used any build credits from that pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Additionally, if a technical failure on our platform prevents your app from compiling and our support team cannot resolve it, we will restore the build credit or issue a refund. To request a refund, email support@liteai.me with your order details.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the code, content, and applications you generate, host, or compile using LiteAI.me. You agree not to use the Service to build or distribute:

• Malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing pages, or malicious executables.
• Applications that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• Content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to exploit or harm others.
• Automated scripts that abuse or overload our compiler servers or API rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the custom code and applications you create using LiteAI.me. LiteAI.me retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform software, compiler pipelines, branding, and proprietary templates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all compiled outputs (.apk, .aab, .exe) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. LiteAI.me does not guarantee that compiled apps will be accepted by third-party app stores (such as Google Play or Microsoft Store) and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
